PGMOL boss Howard Webb had revealed the fact that it was a huge error not to award a penalty to Tottenham Hotspur in the game against Arsenal that ended in a 3-2 win. Webb claimed the referee in charge, Michael Oliver, will be disappointed for not giving the penalty after Declan Rice kicked Ben Davies in the 18-yard box.

The Premier League referees are well known for making huge mistakes when it comes to making final decisions in matches. Tottenham Hotspur would have secured a point against Arsenal in the Premier League, and it wouldn’t have boosted the club's hope of securing Champions League football next season after Aston Villa played a 2-2 draw against Chelsea.

In today’s game between Arsenal and Bournemouth, the referee in charge gave the Gunners a penalty after Kai Havertz went down under minimal contact. The same referee canceled a Bournemouth goal when they scored a goal against the league leaders.
