As Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun is reported to have to deal with another certificate forgery suit. Nigerian lawyer, Tomi Olagunju has joined the discussion to analyze the judgment which lead to his sacking after the Osun guber tribunal claimed that the APC proved the certificate forgery claim against Adeleke. Even after Adeleke said he didn't forge certificate, that the school made mistake.
The lawyer reportedly said, and quote, "The reason for the tribunal was that, yes one of the certificate presented was indeed forged. Forged in the sense that the document on his face claimed to have been produced in 1981 but it had Osun state written on it. Osun state was created in 1991. So if you have a document saying, this document was created in 1981 and bears the name of Osun state, you don't need a magician to tell you that that is a forged document."
