According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Chelsea could consider appointing Roberto De Zerbi as Mauricio Pochettino's replacement ahead of the next season. The Italian manager is likely to part ways with Brighton at the end of the 2023/24 season with clubs like Chelsea and Bayern Munich looking to appoint him as their next manager.

Chelsea defender set to leave the club

According to Sky Germany, Chelsea defender Ian Maatsen has reportedly informed the club that he wants to leave Stamford Bridge in the upcoming summer transfer window. Maatsen is currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund where he has performed consistently and he now wants to leave the Blues to get more game time ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Newcastle sent scout to monitor Chelsea star

According to Chronicle Live, Newcastle United reportedly sent scouts to monitor Conor Gallagher during Chelsea's 4-3 win over Manchester United. Gallagher, whose contract expires in 2025, has been heavily linked with a move away from the Blues in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Former Wolves boss linked with a move to Milan

Former Wolves and Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui is pushing for a move to AC Milan as the Serie A giants look to replace Stefano Pioli, according to Rudy Galetti. Lopetegui had rejected an offer from Saudi Pro League giants Al-Ittihad earlier this season. He has been linked with a move back to the Premier League, however, the Spaniard wants to head to Italy in the summer.
