Fubara told us He'd seize our LGA allocation and we will smell, crawl and beg him -Samuel Nwanosike

Samuel Nwanosike, the chairman of Ikwerre LGA whose three-year term elapsed on June 17th, said the Governor of Rivers, Siminalayi Fubara had threatened to withhold local government funds from him and his colleagues. He said Fubara told them that by seizing their allocations, he would force them to come crawling and begging for the funds.

In a video shared by TVC, Nwanosike emphasized his commitment to speaking the truth, regardless of whether people like him or not. He stated that he has fulfilled his duties to his community as a local government chairman. He said he is proud of his achievements and believes that his track record demonstrates his dedication and hard work

In Nwanosike's words: "Governor Fubara told us as LGA chairmen that he would seize our allocation and we will smell, crawl and beg him. The issue is you may not like Nwanosike, but Nwanosike will speak the truth. I have done my part for my people as local government chairman, my records are there".
