"We Have Confidence In The Tinubu's Good Plans For Our Nation Nigeria" - Bishop Oluyamo

The Anglican Bishop of Ijesa North, Ijebu Jesa, Osun state, Dr. Isaac Oluyamo, has expressed his unwavering confidence in the leadership and good plans of President Bola Tinubu for Nigeria.

According to a report by The Nation News, in a statement made on Sunday, July 7, during the opening service of the diocesan synod, Bishop Oluyamo urged Nigerians to pray for Tinubu and believe in his vision for the country.

Bishop Oluyamo's endorsement of Tinubu's leadership comes at a time when many Nigerians are expressing concerns over the state of the nation and the challenges facing the country.

He acknowledged the hardships being experienced by many Nigerians but maintained that Tinubu's plans and initiatives will ultimately benefit the populace in the long run.

He said: “We are aware that Nigeria is currently facing its worst economic crisis in a generation, causing widespread hardship and frustration.

Nevertheless, we have confidence in the President’s good plans for our nation Nigeria. 

“We urge Nigerians, especially Christians, to continue praying for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s success in accomplishing these plans. Soon, God will restore the lost glory of this nation and all Nigerians will rejoice and sing a new song of victory.”

During the diocesan synod, Bishop Oluyamo hosted Chief Adeleke Agbola, the Chancellor of the Diocese, and emphasized the importance of investing in modern agriculture to boost the country's economy and ensure food security.

He called on the government at all levels, as well as the private sector, to prioritize modern agricultural practices and technologies to maximize the benefits of agriculture nationwide.
