Saturday's Results

Arsenal 3-0 Bournemouth

Brentford 0-0 Fulham

Burnley 1-4 Newcastle

Sheffield Utd 1-3 Nottingham Forest

After defeating Sheffield United, who had already been demoted, Nottingham Forest made significant progress toward Premier League safety thanks to two goals from Callum Hudson-Odoi.

At Bramall Lane, the home team took the lead thanks to a penalty kick from Ben Brereton Diaz, but Hudson-Odoi's incredible curling attempt tied the score halfway through the first half.

The visitors took the lead six minutes after the break through a thunderous drive from Ryan Yates, and although the Blades made a strong response, they were punished for missing numerous first-half opportunities.

Man City 5-1 Wolves

Manchester City are now three wins away from a remarkable fourth consecutive Premier League victory after Erling Haaland scored a first-half hat-trick.

He also scored his first four goals in a match in the Premier League.

After Arsenal's earlier triumph over Bournemouth, City had no room for error, and they produced the ideal reaction.

According to Opta, Haaland is now the third different player to score two first-half hat-tricks in Premier League history, having done so against Nottingham Forest last season.
