A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in the South East geopolitical zone, Modestus Umenzekwe has stated that any Igbo man fighting the government led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is doing it from selfish perspective.
The Nation reported that Modestus Umenzekwe stated this in an exclusive interview.
He said; "For giving Dave Umahi the position of Works Minister, means he has the Igbo people at heart. It was Chief Ururuka from old Imo state, now in Abia that held such position last from Igbo region."
He added; "Any Igbo man fighting Tinubu’s government must be doing it from ‘selfish’ perspective. That is why majority of Igbo have continued to pray for him."
