The executive Governor of Kano state, Abba Kabir Yusuf has reacted after he hosted contractors handling various road projects in the state.

Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf stated on his verified Twitter page; "Today, I hosted contractors handling the construction of 5 kilometer roads in the 44 Local Government Areas of Kano State to an interactive meeting at the Government House. In my remark, I noted that although it’s pleasant that 3 of such projects have either been completed or reached advanced stages of development, we have noted that an overwhelming number of the projects are stagnating."
The executive Governor of Kano state added; "I also assured the contractors that we have been able to sort out most technical issues that surround the projects that were abandoned for the previous 8 years, and they all now have a clean slate to enable them complete their job."
