According to Vanguard, Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has assured citizens that his administration will complete all infrastructural projects inherited from previous administrations. This commitment was made during his inspection of the ongoing 82-kilometer Mararraba-Baissa-Abong road project in Kurmi Local Government Area, initiated by former Governor Darius Ishaku.

Speaking on Friday, Governor Kefas explained his cautious approach to funding, stating, "I have been receiving pressure from the contractors to pay them, but we need to see the level of work done, and that is why we are here today."

“I want to reassure the people of the state that this administration is dedicated to completing projects initiated by previous administrations, especially those that are very important like this one.”

He emphasized his administration's dedication to completing significant projects, particularly those initiated by his predecessors, to ensure their benefits are fully realized. Kefas expressed satisfaction with the progress and quality of work on the Mararraba-Baissa-Abong road and reassured residents of its eventual completion.
