Eberechi Eze has massively impressed for Crystal Palace this season, scoring 11 goals and contributing six assists in his 31 appearances in all competitions.
His excellent form saw him rewarded with a place in the England squad for Euro 2024, and has seen some of the world’s best clubs scouting him but, apparently, Arsenal are pushing the most in an effort to sign him this summer.
According to journalist Simon Phillips, Arsenal are “seriously interested” in signing the 25-year-old, but almost every top club in Europe is also tracking the star.
Despite this, it is not all bad news for the Gunners, with Phillips also confirming that Arsenal are currently pushing the most to conclude a deal for the Crystal Palace man.
Eze is believed to have a release clause in the region of £60m (€70.9m), which will require a large sum to be paid upfront, which will likely not be easy for Arsenal to stump up.
