In its quest to strengthen its structures ahead of the 2026 governorship polls, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State has set up three committees “that would put impetus into the party.”

According to a statement by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Kola Olabisi, the committees are for reconciliation, appeal and discipline.

Recall that the national leadership of APC, led by a former Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Adamu, in 2022 visited Osogbo, the Osun capital, to reconcile aggrieved members of the party but it did not yield desired results.

Also, a committee headed by former Minister of Health, Dr. Isaac Adewole was set up at the state level to reinvigorate the party.
