The Chairman of the Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Tony Aziegbemi, said, as reported by The Punch News, that he thinks Edo State people and Nigerians should watch the All Progressive Congress. He said they don't have anything to campaign with, and they have not told the electorate what they want to do or how they want to do it.
The Edo State PDP Chairman said the APC wants to distract them, but they can't be distracted. He stated that they consider the well-being of the people of Edo in all that they do. He also mentioned that the people in the APC don't read but are quick to hold press conferences and that there is no quality in their statement at their conferences, and the PDP don't want to be part of such.
He said, "I think Edo people and Nigerians should watch the APC. They don’t have anything to campaign with. They have not told the electorate what they want to do and how they want to do it. Throwing figures around and making spurious allegations is diversionary. The APC wants to distract us, but we can’t be distracted. We consider the well-being of the Edo people in all we do. The location of the hotel in the state has several advantages. The people in the APC don’t read but are quick to hold press conferences. There is no quality in what they say; they are just rabblerousing, and we don’t want to be part of that.
