Demonstrations in Kenya have been a nightmare to the government. The young people in the country who proclaimed themselves as generation z took to the streets to protest against the government. They claimed to be leaderless and have no financiers for the demonstrations.
The government ran out of options on how to stop these demonstrations. The youths met in social media to discuss how they were going to protest and where they would visit during the demonstrations.
Opposition government have called out the government to listen to the youths demand to stop the demonstrations. President William Euro on his part promised to deal with financiers and planners of these demonstrations.
Honourable Jeremiah Kioni who is a member of parliament in opposition side have responded to president Ruto's statement of dealing with financiers of protests. According to Jeremiah Kioni, if president Ruto is determined to deal with the alleged financiers, then he should deal with the parents of these youths. He said that the parents were responsible for sponsoring their children by giving them busfare, bundles and money for tea during protests.
