Fans of Spanish and European Champions Real Madrid have been greeted with some news concerning one of their stars. The player in question is Arda Guler and latest reports say that he has informed the club of his intention to stay despite interests from elsewhere.

Arda Guler is keen on staying at Real Madrid. The 19 year old Turkish star was unable to get a regular starting place in the club's first team due to injuries and fitness issues but has performed excellently when given opportunities to play. Arda Guler lack of game time at Real Madrid had led to speculations that he may leave this summer but that now seems unlikely.

According to reports from media outlet Carrusel Deportivo, Arda Guler has informed Real Madrid of his intention to stay put at the club this summer and not leave on loan despite interests from across Europe. The youngster wants to remain at Los Blancos to fight for a first team place in Coach Carlo Ancelloti's squad. Guler's contract at Real Madrid expires in June 2028.
