The executive Governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara has reacted after he extended the Eberi-Omodu road to connect with neighboring Abia State.

Governor Siminalayi Fubara stated on his verified Facebook page; "Committed to our objective of delivering quality service in line with our "Rivers First" mantra, we inspected the Eberi-Omodu road in Omuma Local Government Area."
He added; "Initially planned at 8 kilometers, we extended the road to 14.6 kilometers to better connect our people of the community to neighboring Abia State. We are pleased with the progress of work and believe that the project will be ready for commissioning in two months."
