In a message recently shared on his official Facebook page, Prophet Joshua Iginla, the founder and senior pastor of Champions Royal Assembly, issued a stark warning to believers about the importance of active service in the kingdom of God.

His said, "If you don’t work for God, you will lack worth before God," as he underscores the critical role of service in the life of a Christian.

Prophet Iginla emphasized that the Five-Fold Ministry, as outlined in Ephesians 4:11-12, was established for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and the edification of the body of Christ.

He explained that anything outside of these purposes is extracurricular and does not fulfill the divine calling.

As a child of God, Prophet Iginla urged, it is one's responsibility to be perfected and edified for the work of ministry, which includes representing God in the world. He stated that merely being a church member without engaging in any form of spiritual responsibility is equivalent to being a waste in the kingdom of God.

He drew a parallel with the story of the woman with the alabaster box in Luke 7:37-38. Despite being labeled a sinner, she demonstrated responsible service by honoring Jesus with her precious oil. She came not to receive but to give, showing her commitment to serving God. Prophet Iginla challenged believers to reflect on their own service to God, questioning, "What are you doing for God as a service?"

Prophet Iginla also reminded his followers that while working for God, one must never assume it is their effort that makes things work. It is God who enables success.

"If you don’t work for God, you will lack worth before God," he reiterated, emphasizing that attendance without performance in the house of God makes one dysfunctional in His kingdom. "If you don’t serve, you don’t deserve."
