President William Ruto: I was requested by the President of France to attend the Olympics, but I am unable to do so; however, you have my full support; we will be there with you, and Kenyans will applaud from all around the country.
Kenyans who spoke out on various social media platforms claimed that one of the key reasons President William Ruto is not leaving the nation is due to continuous protests in various districts of Kenya.
Kenyans have also urged the government to dismiss corrupt officials.
