According to a recent report made by Soccernet.ng, the Nigeria Football Federation will soon appoint a new manager for the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The same source reports that the Nigeria Football Federation wants the next manager of the Super Eagles of Nigeria to reach the semi final of the next edition of the Africa Cup of Nations which will be held in Morocco in the year 2025.
It is important to point out that this is the target that the new Super Eagles coach has to achieve. The same source also reports that the Nigeria Football Federation wants the next manager of the Super Eagles of Nigeria to qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup which will be held in the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria reached the final of the Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast earlier this year. However, the Nigeria Football Federation believes that the Nigerian national team can reach the semi final of the competition by next year.
