In response to former Senator Shehu Sani's call to Northern leaders regarding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the former spokesperson for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2023 presidential campaign, Dele Momodu, has expressed his thoughts on social media.

Recall that Shehu Sani, a former federal lawmaker who represented Kaduna Central, issued a warning to Northern politicians a few hours ago to abandon their plans to unseat President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election. Shehu Sani said that such an action might split the nation apart.

In response to Shehu Sani's remarks, Dele Momodu took to his official Instagram account that, despite being a huge fan of the former lawmaker, he has recently begun to cry more than the bereaved. Dele Momodu said that it is shameful for a former congressman to suggest that Northern leaders should give President Tinubu eight years to govern. Shehu Sani, he continued, need to go out and advocate for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by presenting proof of his accomplishments and qualifications. At last, the journalist said that Shehu Sani ought to quit telling others not to follow their own goals.
