The former presidential spokesman, Doyin Okupe, recently spoke with Channels Television about his dramatic recovery in health. The hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea, and undetectability of Okupe's previously diagnosed fatty liver were among the health improvements that he reported experiencing.

Thanks to his new lifestyle, Okupe has seen a marked improvement in his health, and he is determined to keep it up. Consistently prioritising his health and wellness, he emphasised how these adjustments have greatly improved his entire well-being. Significant lifestyle modifications, including controlling his food intake and eating moderately, were responsible for Okupe's health turnaround.

He mentioned that his methodical approach has helped him overcome his desires for food, which in turn has made it simpler for him to stick to his new routine. Okupe claims that his strategy is to make sure he eats moderately and carefully controls what he eats.

He thanked God for the improvements to his health and said he couldn't go back to his former ways because of how hard they were. In considering the concrete advantages to his health, Okupe emphasised the complete elimination of his hypertension, the remarkable improvement in his diabetic control, the elimination of his sleep apnea, and the complete disappearance of his fatty liver.

He explained his eating habits by saying, "I control what I eat. I don't eat just anything. And whatever I eat, I eat in moderation, not like before. And I don't crave food anymore." It's hard for me to revert to my previous methods since I see typical benefit, and that's all.

I'm just thankful to God for that. My hypertension is completely gone, my diabetes is under tight control, my sleep apnea is nonexistent, and my fatty liver is completely gone. It's really helping me get back on my feet. Consequently, I will not be returning to all that.
