The Kaduna Police Force has confirmed the arrest of a suspected Bandit Spiritualist. The Arrested Bandit Spiritualist identified as Ali Bello has alleged that the bandits asked him to pray for them and that in return for his prayers, they offered him N20,000, but he insisted on receiving N50,000.
He however stated that the leader of the bandits had misled him, exploiting his goodwill and prayers for nefarious purposes. He alleged that the man approached him with several phone numbers, claiming they belonged to his relatives.
He said in an interview with Arise TV, ''He brought phone numbers to me saying that they were his relatives' numbers. But when they were tracked by the police, it was then that I knew that they were criminals. The Bandits told me to pray for them and they gave me N20,000 but I demanded N50,000. I didn't know I was praying for criminals, their leader told me it was numbers of his family members.''
