Burnley goalkeeper, Arijanet Muric finished the 2023/24 season as the goalkeeper with the highest save success percent. The 25-year-old shotstopper was not the first choice goalkeeper for his club but with ten appearances in the English Premier League throughout last season, he was able to save 79.8 percent of the shots he saved and conceded 16 goals, according to Transfermarkt.

The goalkeeper that comes closest to the Burnley shotstopper was another second choice goalkeeper. This is Manchester City shotstopper, Stefan Ortega. The 31-year-old had nine appearances in the English Premier League last season and he was able to keep four clean sheets and conceded only seven goals. He also had a save success rate of 74.1 percent.

Liverpool goalkeeper, Alisson Becker finished the season as the third best goalkeeper in terms of save success percent. The Brazilian shotstopper was able to stop 72.7 of the shots he faced in the English Premier League last season.

The fourth player on the list is Newcastle United shotstopper, Nick Pope whose season was hampered by injury. However, the English shotstopper still managed to finish the season with a save success rate of 72.4 percent.

Rounding up the top five list is West Ham United shotstopper, Alphonse Areola. The Frenchman was able to stop 72.3 percent of the shots he faced in the English Premier League last season.
