"You Will Now Face Me" CS Kuria Warns DP Gachagua Accusing Him Of Sponsoring Violence In Mt Kenya

Moses Kuria, Chair of the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC), has accused Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua of instigating violence in the Mount Kenya region. The turmoil happened during Generation Z protests, causing substantial loss of life and property damage.

According to CS Kuria, he aims to face Gachagua directly for reportedly mobilising thugs to plunder and destroy property in the region, focusing on leaders who support President William Samoei Ruto.

The violence began in response to the damage of the office of Kimani Ichung'wah, a Member of Parliament for the Kikuyu constituency who disagrees with the Deputy President. Additionally, the home of Molo MP Kuria Kimani, a close ally of Ruto, was set ablaze.

Regarding charges linking former President Uhuru Kenyatta to the violence, Kuria defended him, emphasising his long friendship with him and claiming that Uhuru would not support violence since he loves profoundly about his people.

"I have differences of opinion and style with my friend Uhuru Kenyatta. But in all the years I've known him, he's never encouraged violence in the Mt Kenya region, unlike your false DO Dimwit Kingpin, who burned Nyeri, Embu, Thika, Kikuyu Township, and so on. Ni mimi, yeye sasa Omundu Khu Mundu. "Kari gani?!" He sent a tweet.

These claims come after Kileleshwa county assembly member Robert Alai alleges that Rigathi's associates mobilised youngsters to steal businesses in Eastleigh.
