Amidst the political feud between the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki and his former deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu; the Vice Chairman South-South of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Dan Orbih, has assured Philip Shaibu of his support.
Orbih who is one of the PDP leaders belonging to the Legacy group in the State said they will do everything to help Shaibu get justice. He said this at a meeting between him and Shaibu at Ogbona, Etsako Central local government of Edo State.
Speaking in a video posted by AIT news, Chief Dan Orbih said, “Nobody has accused you of fraud. Nobody has accused you of mismanagement. All that we are hearing from the government side is political differences about your rights to exercise your constitutional rights to say I want to contest for the governorship of Edo State. Be assured that we are with you, we will stand by you and we will do everything to support you in your quest for justice.”
