According to Metro, Chelsea have finalized a £30m agreement with Leicester City to acquire Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, with the midfielder set to undergo a medical at Stamford Bridge.

New Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca expressed a strong desire to reunite with his former Leicester player, and according to The Athletic, a deal has now been reached with the Championship winners.

Dewsbury-Hall will become Chelsea's fourth signing of the summer, joining Tosin Adarabioyo, Omari Kellyman, and Estevao Willian.

The 25-year-old has spent his entire career at Leicester City, amassing over 100 league appearances and playing a key role in their successful Championship campaign last season.

Dewsbury-Hall was named Leicester's player of the season and earned a spot in the EFL Championship team of the season after scoring 12 goals and providing 14 assists, contributing significantly to Leicester's promotion back to the Premier League.

Brighton also made a £30m offer for Dewsbury-Hall, but he opted for a move to Chelsea, where he will reunite with former Leicester manager Maresca.

Chelsea, who finished sixth in the Premier League last season, initially struggled but managed to qualify for European competition with a late-season resurgence.

Under the ownership of Todd Boehly, Chelsea have been active in the transfer market, starting with the signing of English defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

Adarabioyo committed to a four-year contract at Stamford Bridge after turning down an offer to become one of Fulham's highest-paid players.

Additionally, Chelsea have agreed on a deal with 17-year-old Brazilian winger Estevao Willian, who will remain at Palmeiras for another season before joining the west London club next summer.
