Sam Amadi Reacts After Seeing Photo Of Former Imo Gov, Ihedioha And Uzodinma Smiling At An Event

Sam Amadi, Director of The Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts, shared his reaction after seeing a photo of former Imo State governor, Emeka Ihedioha, and the current governor, Hope Uzodinma, smiling together at an event. The picture, reportedly taken at a burial ceremony, captured both politicians in a moment of apparent camaraderie.

In response to this image, Amadi commented on the state of political opposition in Imo State. Posting on his official page on Sunday, he expressed his view that there is no formal opposition in the state.

He stated, "There is no official opposition in Imo apart from a few of us in the civil society. There are opposing politicians who want to take over power."

This remark highlights his belief that the primary opposition comes not from political parties, but from certain individuals within civil society. He also pointed out that while there are politicians who seek to gain power, they do not constitute an organized opposition force.

Here is a photo of Uzodinma and Ihedioha at the event.
