Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp faces a crucial decision ahead of Tottenham's visit to Anfield on Sunday as he ponders whether to include Mohamed Salah in the starting XI, according to Evening Standard.

The Egyptian forward was relegated to the bench during Liverpool's recent 2-2 draw with West Ham, a decision that led to a public altercation between Salah and Klopp on the touchline as he awaited his chance to enter the pitch.

Following the match, Klopp attempted to play down the incident, while Salah, refusing an interview, cryptically said, "If I speak today there will be fire."

As Klopp deliberates his lineup, he faces further selection dilemmas with Diogo Jota and Conor Bradley nearing return from injuries but likely unavailable for the Tottenham clash.

In the absence of Jota and Bradley, Luis Diaz appears set to retain his place in the starting XI, with Salah and Darwin Nunez vying for inclusion in the front three.

On the defensive front, Ibrahima Konate could potentially partner Virgil van Dijk at the back.

Meanwhile, Dominik Szoboszlai eyes a midfield role, aiming to supplant Ryan Gravenberch in Klopp's lineup.
