According to a report by Punch. The ruling on Thursday by the Appeal Court, which sent Martin Amaewhule and twenty-four other legislators back to the state House of Assembly, has not alarmed or discouraged Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

Amaewhule and the other parliamentarians who supported Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, were forbidden from representing themselves as legislators by an order from the Rivers State High Court, which was overturned by the Appeal Court.

The court further declared that the Federal High Court alone possesses the authority to consider the lawmakers' case.

Fubara has reassured everyone in the interim that his administration is fully committed to delivering the essential infrastructure needed for the state to flourish quickly.

Fubara provided the guarantee following his assessment of the reconstruction's progress on Friday at the Khana Local Government Area headquarters, the Zonal Hospital in Bori Town.

His Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi, made a statement that included this information.

The governor responded to the worries that the people of Rivers had voiced on previous rulings by the court, saying that there was nothing to be alarmed about because God had set up a table of benefits for him in the midst of his adversaries.
