Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, Prof. Chidi Odinkalu has shared a video in which President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was saying that he will give Edo state back to the All Progressive Congress, APC.
The President was addressing some members of the All Progressive Congress when he made the statement.
In the viral video, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu first asked the crowd if they want Edo state and they responded by saying yes. After this, he told them he will give them the state.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu said;
"You know me well. You know Adams Oshiomhole well. We are still going to fight further. Don't worry, we are with you and you will not walk alone. One thing I can assure is this, do you want Edo back? As the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I will give Edo back to you. Edo will be beautiful and equal to Lagos".
