In an interview with Channels Television, legal practitioner and public affairs analyst Daniel Bwala provided insight into his political affiliation, describing himself as "independent" despite his current membership in the People's Democratic Party (PDP).
Bwala candidly shared that although he is formally associated with the PDP, his allegiance lies elsewhere. He expressed that his "mind, soul, and spirit" are not fully committed to the PDP, indicating a misalignment with the party's values or objectives.
While Bwala acknowledged his membership in the PDP, he clarified that he has not officially joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) either. He emphasized the importance of taking progressive steps in determining his political trajectory, suggesting a cautious approach to any potential party affiliations.
In his words;
"At the moment. I'm a member of PDP but if your ask me whether my mind, soul and Spirit is in PDP. I'll tell you no and I haven't officially joined APC because everything you do has to be taken progressively and step by step. So this is where we are. I'm an independent"
