Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, emphasized his ongoing vigilance against sexual immorality despite his long tenure and spiritual authority. In a recent sermon at the RCCG Americas 1 Ministers & Workers Conference, themed "The Glory Ahead," Adeboye stressed that no amount of spiritual anointing can replace personal vigilance against temptation.

Reflecting on the biblical story of Samson, Adeboye cautioned ministers against presuming immunity from moral failings due to their spiritual positions. He highlighted the need for continual diligence, noting that even at his age, he remains vigilant and runs faster to avoid any hint of sexual temptation.

Addressing both youth and adults, Adeboye urged them to flee from any situation that could lead to sin, emphasizing the deceptive allure of lust and its potential consequences. He advised young people, particularly boys, to be wary of flattering advances from the opposite sex, warning of the destructive consequences that can follow such encounters.

Adeboye's sermon, shared on YouTube, serves as a reminder of the universal susceptibility to temptation and the necessity for personal responsibility in maintaining moral integrity.
