At the July 2024 Leadership Empowerment Summit held at LFC Canaanland, Bishop David Oyedepo emphasized the significance of tapping into the perfect gift of prophecy, regardless of the imperfections of prophets themselves.

"You may never come across a perfect prophet, but the gift they carry is perfect," Bishop Oyedepo declared. Citing James 1:17, he underscored that every good and perfect gift originates from above, urging attendees to stop being judgmental and instead focus on the divine gifts.

Bishop Oyedepo shared a powerful testimony illustrating the impact of prophetic virtue within the Commission. "A woman from Oyo, desperate and in trouble after her husband left her with a 3-month-old child, sought divine intervention," he recounted. "She learned that her words against a servant of God had hindered her blessings."

Reflecting on his own journey, Bishop Oyedepo highlighted the enduring relevance of prophetic insights received over the years. "I am feeding on my covenant practice as revealed by God, not on your gifts," he affirmed, urging listeners to align with the prophetic virtues available through the Commission.

Addressing misconceptions and doubts about prophetic ministries, Bishop Oyedepo challenged attendees to embrace spiritual membership wholeheartedly, stressing that the Church is not merely a social club. "Lives are being transformed while some remain in cycles," he observed, encouraging introspection and deeper spiritual engagement.

He concluded with a call for commitment to Christ and covenant integrity, sharing personal examples of trust and divine protection. "The money of this ministry has never slept in my house except by prophetic instruction," he revealed, underscoring his adherence to principles of financial transparency and divine guidance.
