Big Support To Ruto As Questions Raised After Kenyans Marched, Holding Crosses for Police Brutality

On Sunday, thousands of Kenyans appeared in Uhuru Park and marched, holding crosses for their fellows who were brutally murdered by the police officers who were on the lookout during the mega demos, which were against the Finance Bill 2024.

However, the theatre has resulted in various politicians and bloggers speaking on the matter. Kenyan blogger Robert Alai has strongly defended the president over the modern condemnation by Kenyans of police brutality.

Robert Alai tamed the movement as unfair, raising questions about why the exact movement didn't take place during the reign of the former president Uhuru Kenyatta and the late Mwai Kibaki.

According to Alai, the case of police brutality did not start during the administration of Ruto, alleging that even during the previous two regimes, Kenyans were brutally murdered by police officers and no action was taken.

In his statement, Alai urged Kenyans to seize the opportunity to undermine the president horribly, saying they should regard all regimes.
