Former Enugu State Governor, Okwesilieze Nwodo, stressed the significance of cohesion in tackling Nigeria's hurdles. He advocated for cooperation with President Tinubu's administration, asserting that no individual or faction can tackle the nation's challenges in isolation.
In a recent YouTube video shared by Arise TV, Nwodo remarked that certain individuals attempted to stoke discord between the Igbos and Tinubu, but Ohanaeze declined to partake in such discord. He expressed their intent to convey their concerns to Tinubu and collaborate on solutions beneficial to all Nigerians.

Nwodo stated, "Some people tried to engineer Igbos to support them to fight Tinubu but we in Ohanaeze said no. We have a sitting president, we are not going to fight him. We are just going to make sure he knows our own problems and address them and let him know the problem of Nigeria and address the problems of Nigeria".
