In a significant development, Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson has informed manager Mikel Arteta of his desire to depart the club, with four Premier League teams expressing interest in securing his services for a reported £20 million, according to Metro.

Nelson, 24, has been with Arsenal since 2018, making 89 appearances and scoring crucial goals, including a memorable strike against Bournemouth last season. Despite his contributions, Nelson has found himself on the periphery of the first team, starting just one Premier League game in the recent campaign.

The England youth international has attracted attention from West Ham, Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, and Fulham, all of whom are willing to meet Arsenal's £20 million valuation. Nelson's current contract runs until 2027, with an option for a 12-month extension.

Arsenal, who finished second in the Premier League last season, are open to selling Nelson as they look to revamp their squad and challenge for the title. The Gunners are also in the market for a new striker, having missed out on primary target Benjamin Sesko.
