Jonathan Joins Forces with Governors and Leaders to Revitalize Niger Delta Region

Former President Goodluck Jonathan is set to join a high-level gathering of stakeholders in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, from July 10 to 13, to address the development challenges facing the Niger Delta region. The 2024 Niger Delta Stakeholders Summit, themed "Renewed Hope for Sustainable Development of the Niger Delta Region," aims to bring together prominent leaders, including Senate President Godswill Akpabio, governors from the nine states in the region, and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu.

Under the auspices of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the summit will provide a platform for stakeholders to engage in constructive dialogue, share ideas, and identify practical solutions to fast-track the region's transformation.
