Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu stated on his verified Facebook page; "Today, I visited the home of Senator Bukola Saraki to personally offer my condolences on the passing of his mother, Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki."
He added; "She peacefully departed this world on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and grace that will be remembered by many."
