At the July 2024 Leadership Empowerment Summit held at LFC Canaanland, Bishop David Oyedepo shared an inspiring vision for the future of the Living Faith Church Worldwide.

Addressing the congregation on the theme "What Are Prophecies," Bishop Oyedepo declared that the church's mission would extend beyond Nigeria to foreign nations, where vibrant churches would be planted.

"This Church will not be limited to this Country alone but to foreign nations of the World where vibrant Churches shall be planted," he proclaimed.

Bishop Oyedepo recounted how this prophecy, made on April 10, 1982, had been a guiding force for the church's global mission. Despite starting with humble means, including a barely functional Beetle car, the church has witnessed remarkable growth and fulfillment of divine promises.

Drawing on personal experiences and the influence of notable Christian leaders, Bishop Oyedepo emphasized the importance of faith and obedience in realizing prophecies.

He cited impactful words from spiritual mentors like Kenneth Hagin, Archbishop Benson Idahosa, and Kenneth Copeland, who spoke blessings and encouragement into his life and ministry. "Prophets don't need your offering, you need their help," he reminded the audience, stressing that their support and prayers had been pivotal.

Bishop Oyedepo's vision of international expansion was further solidified by a vivid prophecy involving aircraft. "I saw wings flying and I said: ‘What are these, my Lord?’ He said: These are aircrafts with you inside bearing the Gospel to the heathen nations," he shared.

This vision has since materialized, with the church acquiring mission aircraft and even a hanger, provided as a seed, symbolizing divine provision and fulfillment.

Bishop Oyedepo then urged believers to remain steadfast and obedient, trusting in God's timing and provision. "Our God is a covenant-keeping God. Whatever God speaks with His mouth, only His hand has the capacity to deliver it," he affirmed.

He also encouraged the congregation to focus on their part—believing and obeying God's word—while leaving the fulfillment of prophecies to Him.
