Former Presidential Aide and Social Media Influencer, Reno Omokri, shared insightful thoughts on X, popularly known as Twitter, advising men against marrying expensive wives.
This tweet from the former aide advising about marriage has attracted reactions from Nigerians and social media users.
Mr Reno tweeted, "If you want to marry and the girl’s family give you a long list of things to provide before you can marry her, just go to the nearest marriage registry and marry inexpensively. If she refuses, perhaps she is not the one. Marry according to your pocket. Because nothing kills love as much as poverty. When you marry expensively, the poverty that may result will continue to eat away at the love until there is very little left. Do your best to avoid poverty as you marry and start a family."
