What I Told Jesus That Made My Daughter Who Was About Dying To Recover Under 10Mins-David Oyedepo

Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church Worldwide recently gave an encouraging story regarding the strength of faith and the importance of praying for direction in a video that was uploaded to YouTube. Oyedepo underlined the need of seeking solutions from Jesus when speaking about a personal dilemma. He described it as a lifelong path in the "School of Wisdom."

To show how his youngest daughter's recovery was brought about by faith and prayer, he related a terrifying story of her critical illness. He went on to talk about how witnessing his daughter in such a vulnerable state tested his faith but kept him steady. It didn't hurt me. No matter how bad things get, there's always a way out. So I sat down in my chair and prayed, "Jesus, there must be a way out!"

He exhorted his disciples to not depend only on their understanding, but to actively seek answers from God. He claims that the School of Wisdom does not have a final resting place. We're in it for the long haul! Jesus at each fork along the way! Someone has to figure this out. Imagine carrying a dying daughter from the prophet's chamber—that's a wound! That happened to our final daughter. It didn't hurt me. I sat down in my chair and cried out, "Jesus!" because I knew there was a way out no matter how bad things became. How can we get out of here?

He walked me out in less than 10 minutes using the "one, two, three" method. Drawn directly from the Bible. On fire! The child is doing well now. Last week, she gave birth to her second kid. Yes, please! A way out is always there; we just don't bother to inquire. Everyone just takes our word for it. A series of brief pamphlets titled "Bible Sense" were my creations. "Bible sense" is what we're referring to, not "intellectual sense."
