In Friday's hearing before the Lagos State High Court in Yaba, Adeleke David's estranged lover Sophia Momodu argued against Davido's right to control his daughter's activities.
Pictures courtesy of ARISE NEWS After Davido declined to pay tuition, Sophia reportedly told the Nation that their daughter's school was on the verge of expulsion. When she felt the strain, she thanked Davido's father, who had paid for his son's education. Further, Sophia informed the court Many were unaware of Davido's true motives, but he would only visit her daughter when he wanted to exploit her for publicity stunts or advertisements.
Sophia asserts that "I never denied Davido access to his daughter but it was him that chose to toe the part of absentee father" . As for the long-term fix, the country found out that the court had sent the matter to ADR for potential settlement.
