Premier League action saw a huge shift this week as Manchester City moved to the top of the standings with just six games left in the season.

Here is the team of the week;

In goal

Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez proved his quality by keeping a vital clean sheet against his former club, Arsenal. The Argentina goalie remarkable save against Leandro Trossard set the stage for Villa's 2-0 triumph.

Defenders

Newcastle's Fabian Schar and Crystal Palace's Joachim Andersen stood firm in their respective matches.

Schar's robust defensive play and goal-scoring contribution against Tottenham revealed his impact, while Andersen's stalwart presence stopped Liverpool's attacks, earning him recognition in the team of the week lineup.

Completing the back three, Man City's Josko Gvardiol will feature in the backline after his fantastic performance against Luton as he continued his fine form capped with a brilliant goal.

Midfielders

Moises Caicedo delivered a stellar performance against Everton. The Ex-Brighton Star commanding presence in midfield, coupled with sharp interceptions and precise passing, proved why Chelsea invested in him last summer.

Attacking positions
