Dean Jones, a football transfer analyst, has reported that Victor Osimhen could begin his pre-season with Napoli as he has not been transfered to any club yet.
Jones stated this while maintaining that Premier League clubs such as Arsenal and Chelsea might yet make a play for the Nigeria international do to his talent.
Osimhen was linked with a move to the Premier League before signing a new contract with Napoli a few months back.
The former Lille star is largely anticipated to leave Napoli during the summer transfer window .
When asked about Osimhen's status, Jones told The Sun UK, "I still can't shake the notion that Chelsea or Arsenal will go in for him due to his outstanding performance.
"It's such a significant occasion to miss out on when you have guaranteed goals in front of you. Osimhen is that man, but it appears he will begin pre-season with Napoli."
