The Disciples of Jagaban, a support group for Tinubu, have expressed worry about Atiku's alleged visits to past presidents, like former military President Ibrahim Babangida.
The group's National Coordinator, Comrade Abdulhakeem Adegoke Alawuje, highlighted that Atiku's actions appear to aim towards removing Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 election.
Alawuje stressed that no matter whom Atiku consults, even making references to biblical figures like Saitan and Pharaoh, it won't change what they perceive as God's plan for Tinubu.
The group accused Atiku of shifting from a presidential ambition to potentially fueling an ethnic crisis out of desperation, posing a danger to national stability.
This indicates the group's unwavering support for Tinubu and their disapproval of Atiku's political strategies.
According to The Nation, Group said, “His latest permutations to unseat Tinubu in 2027: and the list of the Ex-presidents he had visited within a week is getting seriously alarming, even if he decided to visit either Saitan or Pharaoh, nothing can change Almighty God’s decision on Tinubu.
“His desperation to rule Nigeria has politically changed to a determination to set the country to a serious ethnic crisis."
