Mr. Sule Kwasau, national leader of the Association of Middle Belt Ethnic Nationalities, has asked for shared sacrifice at all societal levels. This also applies to the executive branch, highlighting the fact that the general public should not bear the entire weight.

Nigerian Tribune reported that Kwasau emphasized the inefficient procedures used by the government, claiming that too many ministers and cars are allotted to them.

He called attention to the ineffective distribution of police resources. He pointed out that the assignment of police personnel to politically linked non-government individuals frequently results in the diversion of public dollars.

Kwasau emphasized that in order to solve these problems, government resources must be used more responsibly and effectively. He condemned the present wasteful government practices and underlined that appeals for sacrifice should be made by everyone, not just the populace.

These include the disproportionate number of cars and ministers as well as the misallocation of police resources to those who are politically vulnerable.

In a conversation, he said, "Once there is a call for sacrifice, I think it should run across the board. It should not only be the masses that should tighten their belts but even the executives."

"The way we run our government in this country, there is so much waste, and that is the truth. You (Tinubu) don’t need this number of ministers, and you don’t need this number of vehicles attached to ministers."

"Look at even the shortage we have in the police force. When you see a politically exposed person who is not even in government, a policeman is attached to him and being paid from public funds."
