Arsenal Reject Chance to Sign Jadon Sancho

According to evening standard; Arsenal, known for their shrewd transfer dealings, have reportedly rejected a proposition from Manchester United to acquire the talented winger, Jadon Sancho. The winger starred on loan at Borussia Dortmund during the second half of last season but still has no future at United, due to his lack of relationship with manager Erik ten Hag. That has forced Sir Jim Ratcliffe to float the idea of a £40m deal for Sancho, potentially on loan with an obligation to buy, to Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Barcelona.

But, teamTALK report, the proposal has been widely dismissed by the likes of the Gunners partly due to Sancho’s high wages, estimated to be in the region of £250,000-a-week.

Arsenal are looking to add to their attack this summer with a centre-forward thought to be their priority.

Victor Osimhen Swap Bid

According to evening standard; Manchester United, desperate to address their lackluster attacking output, are set to reignite their pursuit of Victor Osimhen, the prolific Napoli striker. The Red Devils, under Erik ten Hag, are seeking a clinical finisher to lead their line and believe Osimhen's goal-scoring prowess could be the missing piece in their quest for silverware.

Rumors of a potential swap deal involving cash and the promising young forward, Rasmus Hojlund, first emerged earlier this summer. This audacious proposal, while potentially beneficial for both clubs, faces significant hurdles. Napoli, known for their shrewd negotiations, are unlikely to part ways with their prized asset easily. The Red Devils will need to present a compelling offer, one that addresses Napoli's financial demands and their desire to retain their star striker.
