Former Presidential Aide and social media influencer, Reno Omokri, recently shared insightful thoughts on X, formally known as Twitter, directing individuals on the better approach to saving money. He maintained that shopping without list makes individuals make impulse purchases. Mr. Omokri stated that budgeting for what you want to buy will help escape the tricks of salespeople who always entice customers to buy more items.
In his words, "If you want to save money, never shop without a shopping list. If you do, you will buy impulsively and not based on need. It doesn't matter whether it is good, clothes, or furniture. Plan your shopping beforehand, or you will buy what you did not plan to buy. And don't just have a shopping list. Have a budget. It may seem obvious, but if you do not have a budget, there are desperate and convincing commission-based salespeople who will entice you to spend more than you bargained for."
