Israeli jets broke the sound barrier over Beirut and other regions in Lebanon, following a significant rocket and drone attack by Hezbollah on northern Israel. According to report from The Lebanese National News Agency.

Hezbollah launched over 200 rockets and multiple drones in retaliation for the killing of their commander, Mohammed Nasser, in southern Lebanon the previous day. While there were no reported casualties, the attacks caused fires in northern Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) retaliated by targeting Hezbollah military structures in southern Lebanon, striking areas in Ramyeh and Houla.

This ongoing conflict has resulted in significant losses on both sides, with 10 Israeli civilians and 15 IDF soldiers killed, as well as 360 Hezbollah members and dozens of civilians in Lebanon.

The persistent hostilities underscore the broader regional implications of the conflict, drawing in various militant groups and impacting civilian populations.
