Ado Bayero’s lawyers withdraw from Kano Emirship tussle case.

According to a report by Punch. In the continuing Kano emirship dispute, Mr. Abdul Muhammed SAN and additional legal representation for Aminu Ado-Bayero, the 15th Emir of Kano, have withdrew from the State High Court.

The Attorney General of Kano State, the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, and the Kano State House of Assembly are the applicants in this case.

The petitioners submitted a motion ex parte on May 27 through Ibrahim Isah-Wangida, their attorney.

Ado-Bayero and the other four deposed emirs of Bichi, Rano, Gaya, and Karaye are requesting that the court prohibit them from acting in a regal manner.

Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad-Inuwa, the emir of Rano, Alhaji Aliyu Ibrahim-Gaya, the emir of Gaya, Dr. Ibrahim Abubakar ll, the emir of Karaye, and Ado-Bayero are the respondents.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Nigeria Army, the Director of State Security Service, and the Inspector General of Police are the others.
