Chelsea submit €60m bid to sign Willian

According to a report by journalist Jorge Nicola [via Sports Witness], a Premier League team has offered €60 million to sign Estevao, in the form of €40 million plus bonuses of €20 million. According to Nicola, the Brazilian club is considering offering him a new deal but is hesitant to accept it since they think his value may still rise. Given their strong links to the 16-year-old, Chelsea is the most likely team cited.
